Diane Sekaras Ferguson
WineWomenOnline.com is pleased to present Featured Artist, Diane Sekaros Ferguson, a polymer clay jewelry artist. Diane received her Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education from Eastern Michigan University with an emphasis in jewelry design. Following graduation, Diane designed jewelry at both The House of Suren and Furantena custom jewelry stores in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her focus has changed throughout the years from designing precious metal jewelry to designing polymer clay jewelry which has developed into a true passion. WWOL is extremely fortunate to be featuring Diane’s one of a kind polymer clay jewelry. No two pieces are alike and all are handmade and created. There is something for everyone. Also featured are polymer dolls that truly have interest and are quite whimsical and fun. Diane also creates mosaics and other household items. Her grown son, a graduate student at Northwestern University, formerly supported Diane’s jewelry habit by assisting her on the road at the many exhibits where she presented her wares.

Polymer clay is a very versatile medium that can imitate many other materials and be applied to many different surfaces. The jewelry is very light weight which is a nice advantage when wearing larger pieces. Again, no two pieces are the same, and Diane can work individually to create a specific and unique piece for whatever engagement you are attending.
